Vegan Chocolate Ganache is luscious and so easy to make. Perfect for a sauce, icing, glaze, or filling for your favorite vegan dessert.
Traditional chocolate ganache is a ratio of 1:1 chocolate and warm cream. We used 1/2 the amount of plant milk due to the fact that it is thinner than cream for the vegan version and some coconut oil to give the ganache some shine and flexibility.

How to Make Vegan Chocolate Ganache
This ganache recipe is very simple and very forgiving. You can add less plant milk to make it thicker, or add mint or orange flavor to change up the flavor profile to suit your application.
We used this for our Vegan Donut glaze. We also used a version of this as the topping for the Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse. There are so many applications for this Ganache including Dipping fruit, dipping cookies, making truffles, crepe filling, and tart filling, just to make a few.
