- 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 2 guajillo peppers stem and seeds removed
- 1 cup cashews raw pieces
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ¼ cup water
