Instructions
How to Make Easy Bean Patties
Combine all ingredients and mix to incorporate.
Using a potato masher, mash the beans until smooth.
Form into patties. Use ring molds or form by hand.
Allow to set in freezer for 5-10 minutes.
Cook the patties on both sides until golden brown.
How to Make Guajillo Pepper Sauce
Combine olive oil, sliced garlic, and guajillo pepper, sliced into pieces. Sauté for 3-5 minutes.
Add cashews, vinegar, and water until the cashews are soft.
Blend until smooth.
Building Easy Bean Burger
Toast the hamburger buns.
Add a generous dollop of sauce.
Place the bean burger next.
Add tomato and lettuce
Finish with the top bun with another generous dollop of sauce.
