This Vegan Chocolate Ganache recipe is very simple and very forgiving. You can add less plant milk to make it thicker, or add mint or orange flavor to change up the flavor profile to suit your application.

  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil


  • Place a heat-proof bowl over a pot with simmering water.
  • Add the vegan chocolate chips, plant milk, and coconut oil to the bowl, stir to melt, and combine all of the ingredients.
