Ingredients
- 1 garlic confit
See recipe - 2 Tbsp garlic confit oil see recipe
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp dill dried
- 3 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
- Your favorite Bread- we used a French baguette
Instructions
- Follow the directions for the Garlic Confit recipe.
- Add garlic confit, garlic confit oil, red chili flakes, kosher salt, dill, 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast, lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley, and mash together using a fork.
- Spread the puree into the bread and sprinkle with the remaining nutritional yeast.
- Toast under the broiler for 2 minutes until golden brown.
