Vegan 101: This class covers knife skills, pantry essentials, basic cooking techniques for vegetables, tofu and beyond.

Private Classes: (individual)
Individual instruction classes are 2 hours and include all the food. Chef Stephen will come to you home. This is an opportunity to get immediate feedback on seasoning, cooking skills and techniques. You experience immediate improvement and confidence in you cooking.
These are in-person cooking classes. We are located in the San Diego Area. Travel outside of the San Diego area is available for additional fees.
A group setting is a great opportunity to not only learn from Chef Stephen but also the other students, because we all come with different levels of experience.

Interactive dinners are a great way to liven up a group dinner. Some people really like to cook with the chef where others may just want to sit back and watch. Either way, we love cooking with all experience levels for these fun and lively dinners. We will bring the food (3 courses plus a small bite to start) and give you wine suggestions for each course.
